I have run a small tutoring business servicing the greater Chicagoland area for the past two years (www.lakeshoretutors.com). It has been an incredible experience and I am confident I or a member of my team can best serve your needs. In addition, I have been tutoring my three younger siblings ever since I was a kid, have edited friends' college essays before I wrote my own, and for the past two summers I have worked at a local tutoring office at home in New Hampshire. I also tutored local kids with learning disabilities while I was a boarding student at Phillips Exeter Academy. In short, I love helping students realize how much they can accomplish, and tutoring is a perfect route to do just that. I've won prizes in both writing and math, and speak Russian conversationally.
