I've tutored in high school to help others prepare for the ACT. Served as a teacher' aid in Algebra 2 (high school), Statistics, General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry (undergrad), Cell Biology, and Physiology (graduate). I've taken part in several programs at Northwestern focusing on integrating student-centered learning into undergraduate classrooms. Additionally, I've taken part in re-designing the introductory Cell Biology course offered at Northwestern University. My career goal is to teach undergraduate courses and run a small lab. Teaching has been a passion since high school when I would help my friends learn class materials. I want to teach as much as possible while working on my postdoctoral research.
